creature which browses on the
sea-grasses around Shark Bay.

protected and gentle giant are a
great privilege, one of those

dugong is an aquatic herbivorous mammal
which feeds on nearby shallow water
seagrasses
The
dugong know us very well and usually swim up
to
us. We take great care however to avoid any
action
which could remotely harm or modify
their way of life.
